There will be selected annually 30 young and long-term unemployed people in Dolj county, both among the high school or higher education graduates (economic, legal, technical, languages) that have not found a job and do not continue their studies, and among those dismissed from public administration and the companies due to the economic and financial crisis.
Before starting the training courses, the target group will go through an Information and professional counseling activity for a better identification of psychological and professional profile, and for a clearer identification of the training needs and of the addressing style.
For each course there will be selected high professional trainers with great experience in the domain (both Romanian and foreign trainers). For each training module, in addition to the main trainers, there will be provided tutors to support the developmentof the professional training activities in the best conditions.
Due to the CNFPA authorization, there will be developed a specialization course held by the Romanian trainers with the 30 participants each year. For the practical applications, the courses will be held with sub-groups of 15 participants. This module will end with an assessment session and with a CNFPA certificate award for at least 28 participants.
Taking into consideration the great experience of Italy as a member of the EU in terms of accessing the structural funds and the high-quality trainings delivered by the transnational partner in many EU countries in this area, the module of accessing the structural funds will continue with an advanced module that will be held by the Italian trainers. This module will be focused on learned lessons, good case practice examples to support the participants to apply complete, updated and pragmatic notions in order to successfully access the funds. At the end of the module, the foreign partner will organize assessment test and it will give graduation certificates to the participants.
The cross-cultural themes can be found in all the operational programs and they have to be learned at their true value. Moreover, they open the perspective of the target group on other financing programs such as Life, Natura, FP7. The module will be heldin Romania with the participation of the Italian trainers specialized in cross-cultural themes.

The Applications module is designed to be focused on role plays,simulations and case studies on specific projects. The module will last a week, will be organized by the transnational partner in Italy and will allow the participants to streng then all the information gathered from the previous modules in Romania with an intensive module of practical learning on specific projects. This occasion will also be used to create a final application that includes all the project writing and implementing concepts that have been previously gained. There will be organized role plays on projects and there will be used case studies of the successful projects in which the transnational partner or other Italian specialists were involved. The transport, accommodation and subsistence fo rparticipants will be fully covered from the budget of the project.
Taking into consideration the purpose of the project, an important activity will consist in supporting the members of the target group in finding a job or starting a business (PFA or company). There are several directions to be followed: creating a database with the potential employers (consulting companies, beneficiaries or potential beneficiaries of projects), providing support to the participants in elaborating a resume, attending an interview, opening a PFA or a company where they can apply all the knowledge gained during the training modules of the project.
